This week’s route heads out of town via the Solar System path then through Escrick, Wheldrake, Elvington, Sutton on Derwent and Melbourne. After that I’ve routed through Pocklington in case we want an elevenses stop. If we’re not bothered we can straight down to Hayton, across the 1079 to Burnby, then Londesborough and Market Weighton to the Fiddle Drill cafe.
Return via Middleton on the Wolds, North Dalton, Huggate, Millington, Yapham and Stamford Bridge.
Last time we were there the cafe was pretty full. If there are only 3 or 4 of us we should be ok, but if there’s any more then it would be wise to book a table. It would be useful to know how many of us there are likely to be in advance.
Around 70 miles in total. Weather looking coldish but dry.
