Assuming water has gone down which it should have, out through Knapton, York Community Woodland, Rufforth, Tockwith, Cattal, Whixley, Dunsforths to Boroughbridge (c.24 miles). I will book tables for 10 at Plenty Cafe, then out via Milby, Thornton Bridge, Raskelf and into Easingwold for lunch at Fika - I will book table c. 10 people for 1.30pm. Back via Daffy Lane, Huby, Bohemia, Skelton, Rawcliffe and into York. 53 miles to/from the Square www.plotaroute.com/route/2517259?units=milesleader: Russell M: 07950 000335

I'm informed that Cattal Bridge is closed - so see revised route - to keep close to timescales, we'll head on through Cowthorpe, over the A1 and then up the relatively quiet and straight A168 either straight up to Boroughbridge or cut in via Marton - then back onto the original route. Cafes booked at Plenty in Boroughbridge and Fika in Easingwold. I'm assuming that Thornton Bridge is open - let me know if you know otherwise! I will check again tomorrow morning - still hopeful we can go across at Cattal but at least we have a Plan B Russell www.plotaroute.com/route/2518630?units=miles
