Ride 4 route - Via Bishopthorpe and the Solar System cycleway to Osgodby Garden Centre (elevenses). Then South Duffield, Hemingbrough, the barrage, Barmby on the Marsh, to Howden (sandwiches or cafes). Back via Spaldington, Foggathorpe, Seaton Ross. Possible tea stop at Allerthorpe. Home via Stamford Bridge. Approx 60 miles.
